Ephemeral Motion

‘Ephemeral Motion’ transforms performance and movement into dreamy abstractions through the use of long exposure photography. These frames capture the wispy forms of bodies dissolving into movements. The eye of the camera gives visual expression to the trajectory of movement otherwise invisible to the human eye. In this act, ephemeral motions transcend their momentary life. Here we confront the abyss of ephemeral motions and the endurance of its photographic traces.
